Blue Water expands in Malaysia
The expansion of Blue Water in the Asia Pacific region continues.
Blue Water attended AidEx for the tenth time - the largest event for the international Aid and Development community
For the first time after the Covid-19 breakout, Blue Water’s Aid- & Development Logistics team gathered with a large number of NGOs, the UN and many of their suppliers for the annual AidEx event and conference in Brussels, Belgium. At the event, government bodies meet with the private sector and the many other professionals working to help the most vulnerable of this world. This year, AidEx could celebrate its tenth jubilee.
Blue Water was part of the Danish Pavilion, which the Danish Minister for Development Cooperation Flemming Møller Mortensen also joined to support the Danish delegations and companies. Johnny Mortensen and Marina Kongstedt represented Blue Water and seized the opportunity to discuss sustainability and future aid among other subjects with the minister, who visited the Blue Water’s booth during the exhibition.
“It is the first time a Danish minister has paid a visit to our booth at AidEx, and he showed great interest. With Denmark being one of the world's largest financial contributors to the humanitarian aid projects, it was only natural for him to participate”, says Global Head of Aid & Development Logistics at Blue Water Johnny Mortensen, who attended the event for the tenth time. He continues:
“This is a really important event for us as many of our clients and partners participate, and for us this year's AidEx was one of the better ones. It was great to have the chance to meet so many clients at one place, now that Covid regulations make visiting difficult. We are for sure ready again next year”.
The expansion of Blue Water in the Asia Pacific region continues.
